THIS IS A NON-CAREER APPOINTMENT THAT IS LIMITED TO 129 HOURS PER MONTH
This position sorts scans and indexes physical records into electronic formats and places them in the correct digital storage locations according to established procedures. This position also performs file type conversions and quality checks on scanned and physical materials and packages physical records for transfer to the Records Center following standard guidelines. Collaboration with records retention staff is required to ascertain and implement filing and to destroy records when instructed and in accordance with all applicable laws rules regulations processes and procedures.The Salary listed above is a range that reflects the minimum rate through the maximum rate of the Student Assistant position.For additional information please see the links below:

- Required Education and Experience
- EducationCurrent enrollment in vocational or technical school or post-secondary educational institution. MDOT requires enrollment in at least six credit hours per semester/term excluding summers and continuously enrolled and earning the required credits.ExperienceNo specific type or amount is required.
