Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Civil Engineering or a related field with a focus on Structures.
• Genuine passion for the AEC industry and a desire to learn and contribute to meaningful projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit) and familiarity with engineering analysis tools is beneficial.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks with a readiness to perform duties onsite or at project locations as needed.
• Previous internship or co-op experience in the AEC industry is advantageous though not mandatory.
