• Own the structural calcs and drawings: steel designed to AISC stamp-ready and detailed for the factory.

• Design for shipping and lifting: modules that survive the road and the crane engineered rather than assumed.

• Standardize the structural reference design so every site starts from proven steel.

• Youve designed structural steel for industrial or modular construction.

• Your connections and members calc out and build clean.

• Youve engineered lifting transport and erection conditions.

• You work with fabricators and respect what the shop can hold.

• Youve sealed or supported sealed packages through permitting.

• Bonus: PE or SE license. Tekla interface. Seismic design depth. Modular and skid structures.
