We are engaging Stripe Specialists to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting real-world workflows within Stripe. Youll use your hands-on Stripe experience to complete realistic payment and financial operations workflows and contribute high-quality interaction data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.

• Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Stripe using practical payment or financial operations experience.
• Navigate Stripe features related to customers payments invoices subscriptions refunds disputes and transactions.
• Complete common payment and billing workflows based on provided instructions.
• Create update and manage customers payments invoices subscriptions refunds and other relevant records.
• Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
• Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.
• Document workflow steps and clearly explain Stripe tools features and actions used.
• Review completed tasks for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.
• Work independently while following project instructions and quality standards.

• Strong hands-on experience using Stripe in a finance payments SaaS e-commerce or business operations environment.
• Experience with payments billing subscriptions invoicing refunds disputes or financial operations.
• Familiarity with Stripe Billing reporting and other Stripe features.
• Prior experience with AI data annotation labeling RLHF AI response evaluation model evaluation or similar Human Data projects is a plus.
• Current access to Stripe and the ability to navigate the platform independently.
• Comfortable with screen recording and workflow documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly explain workflows and processes.
