Strategy & Operations Manager

Join the Strategy & Operations team at a fintech company building technology for consumer debt resolution. This role drives enterprise growth by turning complex client implementation and compliance challenges into scalable operational capabilities.

• Own outcomes in client strategy implementations or compliance from diagnosing challenges through delivering solutions.
• Build systems playbooks automations and workflows that reduce friction and improve operational scale.
• Turn recurring client situations integrations and audit needs into repeatable capabilities.
• Lead high-impact initiatives through adoption and surface insights that inform product and go-to-market priorities.
• Manage client relationships and expansion opportunities integrations from contract through launch or compliance systems that support sales.
• Create analytical tools and frameworks that enable teams to make sound decisions and execute independently.

• Typically 4 or more years in strategy operations consulting or client-facing delivery with ownership of problem diagnosis and end-to-end execution.
• Experience managing strategic client relationships or delivering complex high-touch projects as a primary contact.
• Ability to structure data across systems quantify business impact and use insights to influence decisions.
• Experience driving work across teams such as Product Engineering and Legal without direct authority.
• Technical fluency with operational automation and tools including LLM-assisted workflows reporting and routing.
• Proficiency with SQL Excel or business intelligence tools and familiarity with fintech financial services or regulated industries. SaaS implementations integrations or technical consulting experience is useful.
• Strong educational background.

Base salary range: $130000 to $192500 annually plus equity.

Hybrid role based in New York New York United States.
