Were looking for a Strategy Admin to provide administrative support to our Strategy leaders and broader department. This role is focused on keeping the team organized and running smoothly from calendars and meetings to travel expenses and day-to-day logistics.
The Work
- Provide daily administrative support to the Head of Strategy and Strategy leadership including calendar management scheduling travel and expenses.
- Coordinate internal and client meetings including scheduling rooms catering and other logistics as needed.
- Help organize department meetings off-sites work sessions and team events.
- Manage department subscriptions tools invoices purchase orders and renewals.
- Maintain department calendars documents trackers and shared resources.
- Coordinate with Finance IT Office Services and other internal teams on department needs.
- Support onboarding and other general administrative needs across the Strategy team.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative requests and projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 12 years of experience in an administrative coordinator or operations support role; agency or marketing experience is a plus.
- Experience managing calendars meetings travel and expenses.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable handling basic operational processes such as invoices purchase orders and expense reports.
- Proficiency with standard workplace tools including email calendars spreadsheets and presentations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
$55000 OT
Omnicoms policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time and many of our agencies as well as Omnicoms corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
