How You Will Make an Impact:
- Project Coordination and Administration 30%
- Manage priorities project plans deadlines and action items.
- Coordinate meetings calendars logistics materials and follow-up.
- Support communications with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage travel events expenses and other administrative needs.
- Ensure commitments are completed and important details do not fall through the cracks.
- Market Analysis and Commercialization 30%
- Conduct market customer competitor business and financial research.
- Support market sizing business cases reporting and commercialization plans.
- Evaluate potential customers use cases partners business models and routes to market.
- Translate complex information into clear recommendations and executive presentations.
- Special Projects and Problem-Solving 40%
- Take ownership of high-priority and often ambiguous projects.
- Quickly assess unfamiliar challenges and determine the path forward.
- Identify roadblocks develop practical solutions and coordinate execution.
- Support strategic partnerships new business opportunities events and time-sensitive initiatives.
- Step into gaps and do what is needed to achieve the desired outcome.
- Bachelors degree in business economics computer science engineering or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in business operations project coordination market research consulting strategy or a related role.
- Exceptional organizational and project-management skills.
- Strong analytical research and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Impeccable judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- High initiative accountability and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex fast-moving environment.
- Genuine interest in technology engineering innovation and commercialization.
- Must be able to work on-site at DEKA five days per week and respond to occasional urgent requests outside standard business hours.
