Strategic Finance Leader Work Directly Under Dynamic CFO - $150k Base Bonus Columbus NE

This is an opportunity to work directly alongside an impressive CFO gain significant exposure to executive leadership and take ownership of the finance function supporting a growing manufacturing operation. This individual will play a critical role in budgeting forecasting costing and operational decision making this is a highly visible position with a long runway for growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across multiple manufacturing operations working directly with plant and business-unit leadership to develop operating plans
• Develop and maintain financial models and management reporting that provide leadership with visibility into revenue gross margin labor material costs overhead and overall plant performance
• Own and continuously improve the companys standard costing process ensuring costs accurately reflect current labor rates material costs manufacturing overhead production methods and other relevant inputs
• Develop reporting tools and processes that improve the timeliness accuracy and usefulness of financial information available to operational leaders
