Store Manager

RESSCO Capital LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our Subway restaurant in Livingston County Michigan. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for customer service team development operational excellence and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food quality customer service cleanliness safety and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with all Subway brand standards policies and operating procedures.
• Maintain product quality by adhering to shelf-life requirements product rotation schedules temperature controls and food preparation specifications.
• Lead by example promoting a culture of accountability teamwork and operational excellence.
• Support and execute local and national marketing initiatives.

Financial & Business Management

• Manage labor food and operating costs to maximize profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control procedures.
• Maintain accurate business records in accordance with Subway operational requirements.
• Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities for increased revenue and improved efficiency.

Customer Experience

• Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Build a customer-focused culture that promotes loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant management or food service leadership experience.
• Strong leadership coaching and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational planning and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience managing food and labor costs budgeting and profitability.
• Proficiency in inventory management and operational reporting.

Preferred

• Experience managing a quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment.
• Subway management experience is a plus.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent food safety certification.
