About the Role:

Are you ready to lead the sales floor by showcasing and promoting our iconic brand You will deliver a top-notch customer experience that represents our brands minimalist and sensual point of view. You will contribute to the overall success of your stores business and uphold CALVIN KLEINs brand standards and visuals. As a Store Manager you will lead the effort to exceed expectations provide exceptional service and display passion for our brand. You are responsible for conducting strategic business analysis leading a team with a focus on delivering top-line sales results and managing controllable expenses. Store Managers own the recruitment talent development and performance management of their store team in partnership with the Assistant/Associate Managers. Lets break it down.

What Youll Do:

• Customer Experience Leader: Energize every customer interaction with a genuine welcome. Spark conversation that inspires sales and builds brand connection.
• Leader on Duty: As a Store Manager you will lead store operational functions including opening and closing driving sales results coaching in-the-moment. You will also implement and support long-term initiatives to improve team development and store performance.
• Brand Ambassador: Stay on top of our unique and timeless fashion. Show off the brand to our customers winning us fans for life.
• Visual Expert: Work the sales floor by processing restocking remerchandising and more in alignment to our brands vision.
• Social Influencer: Radiate pride commitment and passion for our brand and customers. Embrace uniqueness inclusion and teamwork.
• Achieve Operational Excellence: enforce all company policies and procedures and act as a coach and point of reference for Loss Prevention trainings and techniques. Leads inventory control and RFID when applicable. Directs payroll & scheduling strategies in alignment with company policy and budgets. Conducts strategic business analysis and planning communicates opportunities with senior leadership.

What Youll Bring:

• Proven ability to lead by example think strategically resolve complex issues in real-time and manage daily operations while supporting broader store goals
• Energy and excitement around shared goals and values
• Prior experience in a Store Manager or senior leadership role with demonstrated responsibilities and team development skills
• Bachelors or Associate degree preferred; high school diploma/ equivalent required.
• Ability to walk stand bend reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
