Main responsibilities:
The Store Director is responsible for the overall operation leadership and financial performance of the store. This role drives sales customer service associate engagement operational excellence safety and compliance while developing future leaders and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all store operations and ensure achievement of sales profit labor and shrink goals.
- Recruit develop coach and retain talented associates and leaders.
- Drive customer service excellence and improve NPS/customer satisfaction results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage financial performance including sales gross profit labor and operating expenses.
- Oversee merchandising inventory management and execution of promotional programs.
- Build a culture of accountability inclusion and continuous improvement.
- Partner with District Managers HR and operational specialists to achieve business objectives.
- Develop succession plans and create talent pipelines for leadership positions.
- Ensure a safe working environment for associates and customers.
