Schedule: 32 hours per week

Experience: Prior stockroom or retail leadership preferred.

What Youll Do:
- Oversee daily stockroom operations including receiving organizing and replenishing merchandise.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular audits.
- Ensure all shipments are processed efficiently and merchandise is floor-ready.
- Lead and train stock team members ensuring safety and productivity standards.
- Partner with sales team to support product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in all back-of-house areas.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong leadership and communication skills attention to detail a must.
- Strong computer and typing skills required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Familiarity with inventory systems or retail stockroom processes.
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset.
