Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implements oversees and follows up on all sanitation standards and procedures.
- Assists with ordering and maintaining product inventory.
- Maintains product and labor costs within budget.
- Supervises and trains BOH non-cooking hourly staff.
- Responsible for ensuring food service equipment is secure and maintained in proper order.
- Maintains consistent efficient service during peak hours.
- Follows sanitation and safety principles when handling food and equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Experience with Microsoft Office
