Join Chapa-Des clinical team as a Sterile Technician where youll play an essential role in patient safety by ensuring medical and dental instruments and equipment are properly cleaned disinfected sterilized organized and ready for use. Youll help support efficient clinical operations while maintaining high standards for infection prevention and quality patient care.
Hourly Pay: $25.00-$27.00
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What Youll Do:
Clean disinfect inspect prepare package and sterilize medical and dental instruments and equipment ensuring they are safe functional and ready for patient care.
. Operate and monitor sterilization equipment and maintain accurate sterilization records while following established quality-control procedures.
. Assemble organize and maintain sterile instrument trays supplies and equipment ensuring appropriate inventory levels to support daily clinical needs.
. Follow established infection prevention safety and sterilization standards to help protect patients and staff.
. Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure instruments and equipment are available and ready when needed for efficient patient care.
What Youll Bring:
High school diploma GED or equivalent
. Current CPR certification and Infection Control certification
. Ability to learn quickly retain information take feedback and follow established sterilization procedures
. Strong attention to detail organization and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
. A collaborative dependable attitude with a willingness to learn train and support the clinical team
. Previous dental sterilization or dental assisting experience is a plus but not required
