• Serves as Statewide GROWTH (Guiding Relationships Opportunities Well-Being Transformation and Hope)Consultation Program Manager
• Serves as full line supervisor
• Provides oversight education and expert consultation to child welfare leaders and teams regarding effectivepartnering with individuals with lived experience
• Monitors fidelity to program frameworks (Implementation Science Continuous Quality Improvement and livedexperience engagement)
• Develops composes and prepares summaries and briefings regarding the GROWTH Program for seniorleadership
• Represents the Deputy Director and the Department in meetings on task forces and in other outward-facingrepresentation activities regarding the GROWTH Program
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumeratedabove

• Requires a masters degree in social work psychology public administration or a related human services field
• Requires four years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a human services field

• 3 years of supervisory or management experience in child welfare mental health or similar human services programs
• 3 years of experience working with birth parents youth and/or foster caregivers with lived experience within the child welfare system
• 3 years of professional experience in a public or private organization exercising knowledge of child welfare related federal and state laws rules and regulations

• Requires the ability to pass a background check
• Requires ability to travel on a frequent basis in the performance of duties. Requires appropriate valid drivers license

The Illinois Governmental Ethics Act (5 ILCS 420/4A et seq.) requires certain state officials and employees to file annual Statements of Economic Interest with the Office of the Secretaryof State that will be made available for examination and copying by the public. All employees required to file a Statement ofEconomic Interest are also required to file the Supplemental Statement of Economic Interest with the Executive EthicsCommission. Term Appointment:

Candidates hired into a term position shall be appointed for a term of 4 years and are subject to a probationary period. The term may be renewed for successive four-year terms at the Director of the Department of Children and Family Services discretion.
