The Utah State Library is seeking a data-driven strategist and collaborative communicator to serve as our State Data Coordinator and Library this pivotal role you will lead statewide data collection and reporting efforts including key federal surveys for IMLS and transform complex datasets into compelling visual dashboards and impact narratives using tools like LibPAS and R. Beyond managing metrics and evaluation frameworks you will work closely with leadership staff and public library directors across Utah providing hands-on consulting training and insight to measure the reach of library programs and empower communities statewide.
