Salary: $60000 - $70000 a year Bonus Potential

As the Stand Manager you assume total ownership of your 7 Brew stands growth profitable operations and culture. You will serve as the primary leader for your teamcoaching training and driving daily performance while making genuine connections with both your "Brew Crew" and your local Durham community.

• Operations & Leadership: Lead on-floor operations during peak hours step into any position as needed and model speed accuracy and energy.
  

• Team Development: Recruit hire train and mentor Shift Leads and team members. Foster a positive high-performing culture focused on legendary customer service.
  

• Administrative & Financials: Manage inventory control labor scheduling ordering product stocking and daily financial reporting/cash handling.
  

• Quality & Standards: Maintain brand standards for product quality sanitation speed of service and safety guidelines.
  

• Community Connection: Engage with the local Durham community and maintain the vibrant 7 Brew atmosphere.
  

• 2 years of supervisory or management experience in high-volume drive-thru QSR retail or hospitality operations.
  

• Proven track record of leading teams managing scheduling/inventory and driving profitability.
  

• High energy enthusiastic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings evenings and weekends.
  

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
