Staffing Assistant | Part-Time | Allegiant Stadium

We are looking for Staffing Assistants to assist the HR Department with the operation of the staff check-in area for the hospitality teams on event days in a fast-paced environment at Allegiant Stadium. Staffing Assistants will recognize that our staff are their customers and will provide excellent customer service. This role will be varied assisting with the check-in assisting with clock-in and issuing accreditation and uniform. At the end of the event Staffing Assistants will help with the collection of uniforms and the checking out of staff.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $19.00.

• Provide a warm welcoming atmosphere to all our staff members.
• Go above and beyond our customer expectations and ensure that all our staff have the best experience arriving and leaving from their shift.
• Assist the HR team within the check-in and check-out area.
• Assist with the coordination of the staffing operation and any queue management.
• Deliver a concise effective brief if required to members of staff in your area.
• Deal with colleague and customer requests and queries.
• Distribute and potentially transport uniforms/food items to staff members.
• Monitor the presentation of staff members ensuring they are wearing the correct uniform.
• Stocktake of uniforms and preparation of dirty uniforms for laundry collection
• Manages the uniform inventory and accounts for damaged and lost items.
• Guide and escort staff members to their area of work within the Stadium.
• Support Managers with updates on staff arrival or cancellations for their areas.
• Assist in always keeping the staffing area clean and organized.
• Attend mandatory and other training as required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency: MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks; project management skills.
• Ability to work venue/event-driven schedules (including evenings weekends holidays and long hours) when needed.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to push pull or carry heavy as needed.
• Possess a valid SNHD food handling card Alcohol Awareness or equivalent
• Must be comfortable working in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
