Technical Leadership & Architecture:

Lead architectural design for your teams services and their interactions with broader platform

Hands-On Engineering:

Write production code for complex features and critical system components (40% time allocation)

Technical Mentorship:

Mentor mid-level and senior engineers through code reviews pairing and architecture discussions

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with product managers and designers to shape technical approach to features

System Design & Quality:

Design robust APIs and services that other teams can reliably build upon

8 years software engineering experience with strong distributed systems background

3 years technical leadership experience influencing team technical direction

Proven track record of delivering complex projects from design through production

Experience with high-scale systems or regulated environments preferred
