Were looking for a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery and drive technical direction across a real-time high-scale product surface. Youll architect build and evolve systems spanning backend services APIs and authentication systems that power Orums live calling platform at scale while mentoring engineers and raising the bar for simplicity performance and reliability. Youll partner closely with Product and Designyour technical judgment will directly shape the roadmap as we treat engineering product and design as equal partners.

The Product Platform Team

The Product Platform team sits at the center of Orums architecture building the foundational systems that power every product. Youll work on CRM integrations (Salesforce Outreach) identity and access and the data flows that keep customer systems accurate and in sync. The team also drives AI-powered prospect enrichment combining internal and external data to create smarter continuously improving prospect profiles. Your work has massive leverage accelerating every team enabling the platform to scale seamlessly and unlocking AI-driven innovation by creating the reliable foundations and data flows needed to build smarter more intelligent products across Orum.
