Were looking for a Staff ML Engineer who can drive AI-powered software development from initial design through production deployment. Youll architect and build machine learning systems that push the boundaries of whats possible in software development writing production-quality code that scales to meet real-world demands. This role requires both deep technical expertise and strong collaboration skillsyoull work closely with product managers software engineers and researchers across the organization to translate ambitious ideas into robust shipping solutions. Youll be responsible for making critical design decisions mentoring other engineers and ensuring our exploratory work successfully transitions into production systems that deliver measurable impact.

Lead design and implement AI-first developer productivity projects from prototype to production establishing best software engineering the end-to-end user experience with a strong focus on product cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders at Apple drive requirements and deliver the end a force-multiplier by enabling team-members to be more productive. Mentor junior engineers.

At least 8 years of hands-on experience in software engineering with focus on machine learningnDemonstrated expert knowledge of machine learning modeling and applied machine learning researchnStrong programming skills in: Python Java C or SwiftnTrack record of delivering high quality products and solving complex problems in innovative waysnThrive in a collaborative environment and communicate clearly and confidently with partner teamsnMasters OR PhD in Computer Science Machine Learning Engineering or equivalent professional experience
