Staff Assistant Baystate Midwifery and Womens Health Baystate Health

Baystate Health is seeking a full-time Staff Assistant to support the Midwifery and Womens Health team at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield MA. This role is ideal for an organized detail-oriented professional who enjoys providing administrative support and working collaboratively with leaders and staff across a healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare reports spreadsheets correspondence and other administrative materials
Manage calendars meetings appointments and department communications
Receive and respond to telephone calls visitors and routine inquiries
Maintain department records files and administrative systems
Assist with department budgets purchasing invoices and expenses
Collaborate professionally with hospital leadership medical staff and colleagues

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of office or medical practice experience
Strong organizational communication and computer skills
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets

Schedule & Location:
Full-time 40 hours per week
MondayFriday business hours
Approximately 8:00a-5:00p
