Stabilization Specialist Full Time Developmental Services Bellows Falls

The pay for this position is $23-$25 per hour.

$750 sign-on bonus

Starting with 3 weeks of vacation and 1 week of personal time (pro-rated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year!

• Experience working with individuals with co-occurring autism and mental health challenges is critical.
• This position requires someone with willingness to tolerate potentially disturbing narratives and verbal threats while displaying an unbiased perspective emotional resilience empathy and patience.
• Flexibility positive attitude strong organizational and customer services skills;
• Desire to be part of an energetic team;
• Ability to collaborate with persons served their families and/or other important people in their life and colleagues in a team environment;
• A Valid drivers license insurance and reliable transportation; and
• A High school diploma or GED; Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred.
