SSRS / Power BI Developer (Contract Onsite Houston)

Indigo Beam is hiring an SSRS and Power BI developer for a client engagement in Houston TX. This is an onsite role working directly with the client team with an expected duration of three to six months starting between mid-September and early October.

What youll do

• Build modify and troubleshoot SSRS reports against client data sources
  
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards datasets and data models
  
• Work directly with client business users to gather reporting requirements and turn them into working deliverables
  
• Optimize existing reports and queries for performance and accuracy
  

What were looking for

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining SSRS reports
  
• Strong Power BI skills including DAX Power Query and data modeling
  
• Solid SQL Server and T-SQL background
  
• Comfortable working onsite and communicating with business stakeholders without heavy hand-holding
  
• Located in the Houston area or able to be onsite in Houston for the duration of the engagement
