The UiPath Developer is responsible for designing developing testing deploying and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that improve operational efficiency accuracy compliance and citizen service delivery across state government agencies. This role supports both traditional linear automation workflows and emerging Agentic AI solutions using UiPaths automation platform.

The UiPath Developer is responsible for designing developing testing deploying and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that improve operational efficiency accuracy compliance and citizen service delivery across state government agencies. This role supports both traditional linear automation workflows and emerging Agentic AI solutions using UiPaths automation platform.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Design develop test and implement UiPath automation solutions for state governmentbusiness processes.
- Build and maintain automations including attended unattended and scheduled bots forrepetitive rules-based workflows.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions using
- UiPath Studio UiPath Studio Web Orchestrator and related technologies.
- Develop process workflows exception handling logging auditing and monitoring capabilities for enterprise-grade automation.
- Create reusable automation components libraries & templates to support enterprise
- automation initiatives.
- Support integration of UiPath solutions with government systems databases APIs document management systems and cloud services.
- Implement secure automation practices aligned with state cybersecurity privacy andcompliance standards.
- Perform testing debugging troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of automationsolutions.
- Monitor bot performance resolve production issues and optimize automation reliability andefficiency.
- Develop technical documentation and workflow diagrams.
- Support citizen service modernization initiatives through intelligent automation technologies.
- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using UiPath Autopilot AI Center Document Understanding Communications Mining and generative AI capabilities.
- Develop AI-powered agents capable of autonomous decision-making contextual reasoning and multi-step task orchestration within defined governance controls.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) AI services and intelligent document processing into automation workflows.
- Build human-in-the-loop workflows that combine AI agents with employee oversight and
- approval processes.
- Develop intelligent agents capable of interpreting unstructured data emails forms documents and citizen communications.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) prompt engineering and AI orchestration
- techniques within UiPath ecosystems.
- Ensure responsible AI practices including transparency auditability bias mitigation security
- and compliance with government policies.
- Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies to improve state operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Assist with establishing enterprise standards and governance for Agentic AI implementations across agencies.
- UiPath Studio StudioX Orchestrator AI Center Action Center and Document Understanding
- REFramework and enterprise RPA design patterns
- API integrations REST/SOAP services SQL databases
- OCR technologies and intelligent document processing
- Generative AI LLM integration prompt engineering and AI orchestration
- Programming/scripting languages such as C# Python PowerShell or JavaScript
- Cloud platforms and enterprise authentication/security concepts
