As a member of AWS AFX - Planning Tools team you will shape the AWS businesss direction as a whole. You will contribute to defining and building the next go-to-market (GTM) platform for the AWS Sales addition to working on the latest Salesforce technologies youll have the opportunity to innovate in the space of Sales Planning and Management. Youll be chartered with creating and operating applications that deliver critical capabilities to the field and with embedding operational knowledge and encoding best practices into everything we do. The right candidate will have a robust system delivery background well-rounded technical knowledge and demonstrated experience working on large scale projects. The candidate must be customer-obsessed have strong analytical and communication skills and thrive on solving challenging business problems. The candidate should be comfortable working in an agile environment and collaborating with multiple teams. You will design and build scalable platforms that enable AWS to sell new products and services with the necessary speed to market.

Our team manages a portfolio of complex high-impact and intelligent planning tools with an exciting multi-year product roadmap. These are global enterprise-level that include both first-party and third-party products. Our team is seeking a talented innovative Sr. Technical Program Manager with exceptional invent and simplify skillset problem-solving abilities clear communication skills think big mindset and the ability to translate customer and business needs into inventive software solutions.

This role offers a challenging and highly visible position responsible for managing multiple projects and driving results across teams. You will be responsible for identifying stakeholders working with leadership to develop a vision executing projects and delivering on our goals.

Successful candidates will have a strong technical background be detail-oriented have excellent problem-solving and communication abilities and possess a deep understanding of product design and implementation details. The candidates technical expertise and operational excellence will raise the bar influence the teams decisions and drive secure and robust solutions with excellent customer experience.

- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules

- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
