• Overseedockoperationsattheterminal
• Thisincludestheprocessofloading&unloadingfreightmanagingforklifttrafficandoverseeingproperpicking/sortationofpalletizedfreight.
• Recruithireonboardandretainterminalstaff
• Provideleadershipandaccountabilitytoateamofdriversanddockworkers
• MonitordockproductionensuringfacilityKeyPerformanceIndicatorgoalsaremetand/orexceeded
• MaintainasafeworkenvironmentcompliantwithstateandfederalDOT/OSHAstandards
• Ensurecompanyoperationalmodelcompliance
• Supportacultureofexcellenceinqualityofproducttointernalandexternalcustomers
