Job Title: Field Engineer MAC & Windows Support (Non-Driving Role)

Role Overview: We are seeking a Field Engineer to provide onsite technical support for MAC OS (Ventura Monterey Sonoma) and Windows 10/11 environments. This role focuses on installation repair and maintenance of hardware/software systems ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install repair and maintain MAC OS and Windows systems.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform scheduled maintenance.

• Provide customer-facing support ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.

• Collaborate with technical colleagues to resolve systemic issues.

• Document service activities and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate Degree or technical certification preferred).

• 24 years of technical support or field engineering experience.

• Strong skills in MAC OS (Ventura Monterey Sonoma) and Windows 10/11.

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
