Sr. System Administratorsbased in Woburn MA internally known as Sr. PrincipalAnalyst InfrastructureWorkplaceServicescollaboratewith manyteams tosupportexciting critical programs with classified information system this role means you candevelop implement and maintain secure cost-efficientenvironmentsacross various classified programs. Program teams rely on yourcollaborationand guidance to define computing requirements andcreateend-to-endsolutionstosolvecomplexIT infrastructure problems.

What You Will Do:

• Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and RedhatEnterpriseLinuxenvironment.
• Understandingand knowledge of Windows Server internals or Linux fundamentals to include DNS DHCP AD and server replication methods.
• Work as a team member in a fast-paced technological environment.
• Work with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements.
• Provide documentation and training on advanced IT processes and procedures and other tasks as assigned.
• Must be able to obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security CE or equivalent certification) within a reasonable amount of time
• Systems are operational 24x7 and occasionally require work effort beyond standard work hours.
• Start date will not be set until Interim clearance is obtained

Full time 100% onsite positioned in Woburn MA but will support multiple programs at multi locations such as Woburn MA Tewksbury MA and Andover MA as business requires.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a bachelors degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
• Must be able to obtain a secret clearance is required prior to start. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Start date will not be set until Interim clearance is obtained
• Experience administering and securing Windows and RHEL servers
• Experience with VMware virtualization
• Experience with securing system configurations system hardening
• Experience scripting

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Active Secret clearance
• Experience serving as a technical SME or primary point of contact for patching vulnerability remediation or compliance initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM PXE boot services OS imaging and automated software deployment frameworks.
• Familiarity with NetApp storage and/or HPC environments.
• Experience with enterprise Windows services including Active Directory Group Policy and identity integration.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance tooling such as ACAS SCAP Splunk STIG Viewer and audit support processes.

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
