Sr. Supervisor, Packaging & Inspection- 2nd Shift

Our Work MattersAt Kindeva we make products that save lives ensuring better health and well-being for patients around the Impact You Will MakeThe Sr. Supervisor of Packaging & Inspection is responsible for supervising packaging assembly labeling serialization and inspection operations while ensuring safety compliance schedule attainment quality and employee development. Work week may include time spent on 1st 2nd 3rd or split shifts and weekends depending on business daily manufacturing operations and ensure schedule attainment. Lead daily communication meetings and promote accountability safety quality and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with cGMP SOPs safety requirements and regulatory expectations. Review production documentation and investigate deviations and quality events. Coordinate activities with Quality Engineering Maintenance Planning and Supply Chain. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs. Support audits inspections validations and new product introductions. Manage staffing scheduling attendance vacations and overtime. Interview hire onboard coach and develop employees (supervisors and production colleagues). Conduct performance evaluations and administer corrective action when appropriate. Ensure employees maintain required qualifications and training. QualificationsRequired: Associate degree in a scientific technical manufacturing business engineering or related field and a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment; OR a minimum of ten (10) years of supervisory experience in pharmaceutical operations in lieu of a : Pharmaceutical and/or manufacturing experience experience in regulated environments and union leadership written and oral communication skills Skills: Microsoft Applications Kronos VeevaDemonstrated reading comprehension and writing proficiency. Ability to effectively communicate within a diverse group resulting in desired -starter team player with strong interpersonal and coaching record of problem-solving decision-making skills and application of process improvement have the ability to simultaneously multi-task across multiple capabilities and functions and handle multiple competing priorities and have the ability to work effectively under and manage strict production time and performance be willing and able to work beyond the hours typically defined as a regular workday which may or may not include weekends and requires regular onsite attendance.
