Sr Structural Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering team supporting industrial manufacturing and high-tech facility projects. This position offers the opportunity to lead structural design efforts collaborate across engineering disciplines and work directly with clients on complex facility and equipment support projects.

Responsibilities

• Design structural steel systems for industrial and advanced manufacturing facilities including equipment supports seismic bracing equipment anchorage pipe conduit and duct supports access platforms stairs and related structural components.
  
• Evaluate existing structures and develop structural modifications and reinforcement solutions.
  
• Prepare structural calculations construction drawings specifications and engineering reports.
  
• Coordinate structural designs with mechanical electrical process and other engineering disciplines.
  
• Participate in client meetings technical reviews and design coordination throughout project execution.
  
• Provide engineering support during construction and respond to design-related questions as needed.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  
• 7 years of structural engineering design experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of structural steel design reinforced concrete design seismic design and applicable building codes including IBC ASCE 7 AISC and ACI.
  
• Experience supporting industrial manufacturing semiconductor or mission-critical facility projects is preferred.
  
• Proficiency with RISA and Microsoft Office; experience with additional structural analysis software is a plus.
  
• PE or SE license preferred.
  
• Strong communication technical writing and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
