Were seeking a candidate with strong problem solving and analytical skills to join the Supply Chain Planning group. Youll collaborate with global cross-functional teams of Business Operations Marketing Engineering and Suppliers to support corporate revenue goals and manage on-time delivery expectations by ensuring optimal supply.

At Marvell every single chip that we design put into production and eventually ship has a team that includes a supply chain planner. Youll be managing the outside vendors for that chip project including the foundry assembly testing warehousing and others. Youll be coordinating the instructions we provide them scheduling materials and making sure dates are met. At Marvell youll also be working closely with your internal chip design team and doing some aspects of project management with them as well. Unlike at some other companies this role comprises external vendor management and internal project management.

What You Can Expect

Responsible for maintaining accurate demand forecast for the business unit. Drive quarterly BU/Sales/Finance consensus on demand forecast and build plan. Assemble and analyze all data pertinent to creating the forecast (bookings customer lead times historical sales market trends sales forecast). Create targeted forecasting techniques for various customer and product segmentations. Drive quarterly review of product portfolio for product discontinuance and new product ramps. Own and improve forecast accuracy and bias metrics. Drive root cause/corrective actions to improve performance. Set up appropriate buffer stocks to balance the supply chain delivery and inventory goals. Review wafer starts plan and assembly loads plan weekly to drive balance between delivery and inventor. Own customer on-time delivery metric and analyze root cause/corrective actions to achieve target goals

What Were Looking For

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with 5 years in a managerial capacity preferably in the Semiconductor industry.
BS/BA in Business Administration Engineering Finance or Operations. MBA/MS preferred. 7 years of related job experience.
Semiconductor experience a strong plus.
Good communication and self-starter.
Strong reporting and analytical abilities detail oriented.
Experience using advanced planning systems. Statistical software packages a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel); advanced Excel skills are a must.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

106800 - 160000 $ per annum

The successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This role is eligible to participate in Marvells bonus and equity plans including a new hire equity grant and annual equity refreshers ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions and remain invested in the companys long-term success.
