We are currently seeking a highly motivated Infrastructure Software Engineer. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Java Spring Boot backend development and React JS frontend development combined with experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and LLMs to enhance engineering workflows. They should be passionate about creating modern intelligent user-friendly addition to technical expertise excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial. The ideal candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with business partners from diverse backgrounds and varying technical expertise levels.

Design develop and maintain full-stack applications leveraging Java for backend development and React JS for frontend AI-assisted development tools such as Claude to accelerate code generation debugging and adaptable and efficient web applications that prioritize exceptional user closely with product managers designers and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality in all phases of the software development lifecycle including planning designing coding testing and deploying thorough code reviews uphold coding standards and maintain high code quality across updated on emerging technologies particularly in AI/ML and LLMs and proactively incorporate relevant innovations into the technology stack.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical in React JS and related frontend technologies like HTMLCSS Tailwind including experience with Redux and React in Java Spring boot based API development using JSON API spec. nHands-on experience with in NoSQL databases like of containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and CI/CD with Claude skills prompt engineering MCP or similar agent orchestration patterns.

Experience working in Data Center Infrastructure Management in building configuring and leveraging AI agents Claude skills and LLM-powered capabilities to automate routine tasks streamline workflows and enhance developer of responsible AI practices including output validation and human-in-the-loop design analytical and problem-solving -oriented and demonstrates ownership and clearly and collaborate with other team members.
