Sr Software Engineer Customer Systems, Information Systems & Technology (IS&T)

In this role you will utilize innovative techniques and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. As a successful member of the team you will be the domain champion leading the design and architectural development of complex solutions that enhance the overall customer experience across various sales and service channels. Were looking for someone with the insight and the passion to bring complex features to life. You will be expected to dive in and take ownership of technology or problem space. You will be the expert and go-to person for your areas of a Lead Solution Architect your will:

nLead brainstorming sessions to gather/understand requirementsnPerform high-level systems impact analysis for new initiativesnImplement prototype and/or verify conceptsnDeliver Scalable High-Quality End-to-End Solutions in collaboration with stakeholders engineering and cross-functional teamsnCreate High-level and Low-level design artifactsnConduct architecture reviews and executive briefings for high-impact projectsnEnsure proper requirement traceability and delivery during development and Integration TestingnProvide solution hand-off and training for the new features to Operations and Production Support teamsnWork with other architects to standardize architectures and establish an architecture governance framework across the product roadmaps and identify new use and execute in an environment of ambiguity and lead teams to the successful delivery of solutionsnManage multiple global efforts simultaneously

7 years proven experience developing software in a professional capacity. Longer experience preferred.n2 years proven experience with Java including proficiency in concurrency memory management and performance optimization in OOP principles data structures algorithms and software design patterns (e.g. GoF) with a proven focus on implementing testable maintainable and extensible backend .S. in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent professional work experience.

Track record of leading software projects within a team as a tech lead (TL) while mentoring software -on experience leveraging GenAI coding tools (e.g. Claude Copilot Codex) to accelerate the software development lifecycle enhance code quality and streamline debugging and testing processes.
