Job title: Sr. Salesforce Developer
Duration: 12 months (W2-contract)
Location: Hartford CT (Hybrid - local candidates only)

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced self-directed developer with strong Salesforce Apex Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) design patterns SQL and full-stack web development experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop enhance maintain and support custom Salesforce applications.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Pages and Visualforce Pages.
• Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements verification analysis design development testing implementation maintenance and support.
• Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions for application integration.
• Support development and ongoing maintenance of the CT-KIND system.
• Work with the System Integrator to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure long-term maintainability of assigned modules.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement effective solutions.
• Work with agency stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Drive assigned work from requirements through implementation.
• Mentor less-experienced technical staff and share knowledge with the development team.
• Support application integration and end-to-end web development activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of overall professional IT/development experience.
• 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience coding Salesforce Apex using OOP principles.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development and design patterns.
