About the Role

We are seekingaSeniorReliability Engineertodesign developandconduct accelerated product positionwill focus on theEnphases Solid-State Transformer (SST) platform a new category of grid-scale power conversion product built around a modularGaN-based power architecture that scales from a single power module to multi-MW skids for AI data center and other high-density grid-connected this role you will partner with theCTO organization to accelerate the development of will developreliability testsetups improve product qualification processlead early-stage de-risking of reliabilityissues drive testing of new parts and product innovationandsupport accelerated lifecycle and reliability testing.

WhatYouWill Do

• Drive and implement solutions to address reliability issues to deliver products on time
• Design of experiments toeliminatethe risk associated with new parts and products
• Collaborate with production engineers and quality team to improve product qualification process
• Establishing andmaintainingthorough andaccuratedocumentation of all work including status updatesandprojectfindings
• Help develop andmaintainthe reliability test platform for theSolid-StateTransformer Product

WhoYou Are andWhatYou Will Bring

• B.E. in Engineeringor Physicswith4 years of relevant industry experience or aMastersDegreewith2 years of relevant industry experience
• Proven ability to apply scientific problem-solving techniques with strong attention to detail
• Experience in design of experiments of accelerated life testing
• Hands-on experience with installing testing troubleshooting andmaintainingelectricalequipment
• Experience with power suppliesinvertersandmediumvoltage systems
• Capable of developing simulation tools to predict quality test results
• Experience interacting with field application engineering and product management teams
• Very goodwritten and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated technical leadership: leading projects influencing designchanges and mentoring engineers

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Previous experience developing medium voltage (MV) systems (0 35 kV)
• Expertisewithtest plans acceptance criteria andreliabilitytest protocols for MV components and systems
• Abilityto interpretMV test results diagnose failures and recommend design or process improvements
• Familiarity with probability and statistics
• Some experience presenting to executives

The base salary range for this position is $105000 to $162000 per year and may vary based on experience skills and location. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits with final compensation determined in accordance with applicable laws and internal equity.
