Sr. QNXT Software Engineer

HJ Staffing is seeking a Sr. QNXT Software Engineer with deep healthcare technology experience to support enterprise software development initiatives for a leading healthcare organization

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong architecture integration and development expertise specifically within healthcare payer environments and QNXT platforms. You will play a key role in designing developing integrating and supporting highly complex software solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.

• Design develop and maintain complex enterprise healthcare software solutions.
• Lead software architecture requirements gathering technical design and coding initiatives.
• Develop and support integrations APIs connectors and communication frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support software verification validation testing and certification activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing customer and operational support.
• Participate in process improvements value engineering and future-state technology planning.
• Ensure software configuration management and change management best practices are followed.

• 10 years of software engineering experience within healthcare technology environments.
• Direct hands-on experience with QNXT platforms and healthcare payer systems (Mandatory).
• Strong experience in software architecture design development and integration.
• Experience developing enterprise platform software integrations and communication frameworks.
• Proficiency coding in multiple programming languages.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience with software configuration management and change management practices.
• Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelors degree is preferred.
