Sr. Project Manager

This role will manage a pipeline of Cost Reduction projects including sterilization optimization production capacity and throughput improvements process automation data and systems initiatives and scrap reduction programs. The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional leader who can influence without authority navigate complexity and consistently deliver business results.

• Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation through completion ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and manage project charters scope schedules budgets resources risks quality plans stakeholder strategies communication plans and project governance.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans including work breakdown structures critical path analysis major workstreams and key milestones.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements manage scope evaluate tradeoffs and drive decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify secure and coordinate cross-functional resources while providing performance feedback to functional managers as appropriate.
• Drive risk identification mitigation planning and issue resolution to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support procurement activities and collaborate in the selection and management of external partners and suppliers.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate project status key decisions risks and changes to leadership and project teams.
• Incorporate customer and end-user feedback to improve project outcomes and maximize business value.
• Lead strategic initiatives focused on cost reduction operational excellence process optimization automation capacity improvements and productivity gains.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality systems and standards.
• Perform additional project leadership responsibilities as needed.

Required;

• Bachelors degree
• 6 years of experience in project management engineering operations manufacturing quality supply chain or a related field.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
• Experience leading cost reduction manufacturing optimization operational excellence or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience within the medical device industry or other regulated manufacturing environments.
