Job Summary
As a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell youll be the operational backbone for building technology projects including Building Management Systems HVAC Controls Security CCTV and Life Safety Systems. Youll expertly navigate the complete project lifecycle from initial pre-sales and development through delivery and close-out for our ongoing customer and product support initiatives.
You will report directly to our Sr Program Manager and youll work out of our Morrisville NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role your expertise in estimation contract review budgeting and cost controls will be critical in streamlining processes enhancing performance and achieving successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing project charters risk plans schedules and financial targets for successful delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on scope objectives and deliverables.
- Review contracts and estimates to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Monitor program performance budgeting and cost controls providing regular updates to stakeholders including executive leadership.
- Financial forecasting working capital control and delivering the committed P&L.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years of experience in program or project management experience in building automation systems or data centers or construction with a focus on estimation project execution and budgeting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

- Bachelors degree in Business Project Management or a related field.
- Experience in managing complex programs in a corporate environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- PMP certifications or State level licenses
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
