Sr Program Manager (OCI Rack Ingestion)

Description

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team powers mission-critical applications for leading enterprises worldwide delivering hyper-scale multi-tenant services in more than 50 regions. We are seeking a Program Manager with a strong passion for supply chain excellence to lead our Rack Ingestion Program supporting OCIs rapid growth through scalable hardware deployment and provisioning solutions.

In this role you will focus on optimizing rack ingestion and provisioning processesoverseeing the development and execution of provisioning that ensure our infrastructure can efficiently meet current and future demands for our customer. You will spearhead process improvement initiatives in rack redeployment driving alignment across OCI Infrastructure Ordering and Supply Chain teams.

As a strategic leader within the Rack Ingestion Program youll collaborate cross-functionally with Demand and Capacity Planning Hardware Planning Supply Chain Operations and Delivery teams. Your deep business acumen analytical prowess and creative problem-solving skills will be vital in developing innovative solutions that enhance infrastructure operations maximize hardware utilization and support OCIs business outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance and scale rack ingestion processes and capabilities.
• Design and implement innovative solutions to complex and unique operational and technical challenges.
• Champion automation and operational excellence establishing scalable processes and methodologies that improve efficiency and reliability.
• Define establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness operational efficiency and business impact across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Partner with engineering operations and program stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and scalable improvements.
• Use data and operational insights to identify gaps prioritize improvements and influence program strategy.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $67900 to $166100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.


Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
