Sr. Program Management Analyst Policy

MELE Associate is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst. The Senior Program Management Analyst will be integral to the development and management of the organizations comprehensive policy framework. This role involves contributing to the creation review and coordination of critical organizational policies working closely with various departments and senior leadership to support strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure policy alignment accessibility and compliance across a diverse range of subject areas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Policy Development & Coordination:Facilitate the drafting review and approval process for organizational policies and guidance documents ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including subject matter experts and senior leadership to gather input build consensus and drive policy initiatives.
• Policy Library Management:Maintain and enhance the organizations policy repository ensuring documents are current accessible and user-friendly and support the overall policy lifecycle.
• Operational Support:Provide essential support for policy-related processes including managing data calls responding to information requests and contributing to ongoing policy system improvements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Have ten (10) years of directly related experience performing administrative support functions specialized within the U.S. Government intelligence/counterintelligence military law enforcement or similar communities
• Be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Have experience in word processing and desktop publishing application software and hardware including Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college in a business-related field required
• The selection of an individual for this position may be conditioned upon his or her successful completion of a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination
• Must have an active DOE Q or Top-Secret clearance

LOCATION:This is an onsite position in Washington DC.

SALARY:Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data internal equity and the candidates related knowledge skills and abilities for the position. The salary range for this position is $85K to $110K.
