Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Program Director / Program Manager with 12 years of leadership experience managing large scale transformation programs within the Individual Annuity industry. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in business and technology transformation policy administration modernization program governance stakeholder management and enterprise program delivery. Experience with annuity operations data conversion platform implementations vendor management and operating model transformation is highly preferred. We are looking for a business focused leader who can operate at the executive level drive accountability and successfully navigate complex matrixed environments.
This position is located in Portland OR.
Required Qualifications
. 12 years of overall program/project leadership experience.
. Significant leadership experience managing complex enterprise level transformation programs.
. Strong Individual Annuity industry experience.
. Experience leading programs involving both business and technology transformation.
. Experience managing multiple workstreams and complex cross functional dependencies.
. Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
. Demonstrated experience establishing or operating program governance / PMO structures.
. Experience managing systems implementation modernization conversion acquisition integration or business transition programs.
. Proven ability to operate effectively in a complex matrixed environment involving internal teams external vendors and senior executives.
. Strong risk issue dependency financial schedule and resource management capabilities.
Highly Preferred Experience
. Individual Annuity policy administration transformation.
. Annuity product modernization or rationalization.
. New business and policy administration operations.
. Distribution agency and producer transition.
. Insurance regulatory and compliance readiness.
. Actuarial transformation or coordination with actuarial teams.
. Data conversion / migration associated with insurance platforms.
. Guidewire PAS or other insurance platform transformation experience.
. Acquisition or divestiture related insurance business transition.
. Operating model / Target Operating Model transformation.
. Vendor transition and third party ecosystem management.
. Experience working with senior executives in a client facing consulting environment.

Other Information:
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88200.00 $154800.00.
