Sr. Product Manager Tech, AI and Analytics, Sub Same Day

Were seeking a strategic and innovative AI Product Manager to drive the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions for Amazons Sub Same Day business.

This position will identify business opportunities develop product strategies and will be the bridge between technical innovation and business value developing comprehensive product strategies that align with Amazons customer-obsessed culture.

Youll orchestrate collaboration between technical teams (AI/ML engineers data scientists) and business stakeholders (operations logistics finance) to deliver scalable AI solutions that revolutionize our Sub Same Day capabilities. You will own the implementation roadmap for specific AI products within the Sub Same Day delivery network managing dependencies risks and technical debt while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

This includes establishing robust monitoring systems defining success metrics and creating scalable processes for continuous improvement and feature deployment.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives in the Sub Same Day delivery network
- Orchestrate collaboration between data scientists engineers operations teams and business stakeholders
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and business impact
- Develop business cases and ROI analysis for new AI initiatives
- Drive technical requirement gathering and documentation
- Lead sprint planning and backlog prioritization sessions
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and conflicts
- Champion product innovations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Drive go-to-market strategies for new AI-powered features and capabilities

- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
