Product Teams at Target are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use easilymaintainedandhighly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of allproduct technologydiscoveryand design work.

The Data Enablement(Cyclone) Product team on Roundel is a core data capability team focused on curating andoptimizingthe data that powers Roundel and Enterprise Marketing. The team provides real-time data resources for ad tech social media and data clean room platforms withadditionalfocus on data-as-a-service data quality and identity mapping. As a Senior Product Manager you will shape and advancethe teamsdata egress capabilities translating partner stakeholder and platform needs into scalable privacy-safe product solutions.You will set product strategy and roadmap priorities in a complex evolving data and technology landscape.Success in this role will depend on your ability to lead across a broad network of internal and external stakeholders connect business needs to technical solutions and use data to guide decisions and measure outcomes.

As aSenior Product Manageryou will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy related roadmap and set key businessobjectives(OKRs) for your respective product.You will need toleveragethe knowledge of your product as well as customerfeedbackandestablishother relevant data points to assess value develop business cases and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product.You will lead a product and work in unison with engineers UX designers datascientistsand business partners to deliver a product.

You will be the voice of the product to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and actively understand the marketmaintaina product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes epics and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.

You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals andhigh standardsof performance while committing to the organizations direction. You will foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.

About you:

• Four-year degreeor equivalent experience

• 6 years of data product management expertise

• Experience with data integration practices across internal and external systems

• Preferred experience with modern cloud data platforms and warehouses

• Working knowledge of SQL Python or similar analytical languages used to query analyze and interpret data is highly valued

• Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI TableauLookeror similar tools

• Demonstrated ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity

• Curiosity and passion forproduct discovery &problem solving

• Experience with technology and ability tofacilitatecommunication between business and technology teams

• Ability to use product operational and business data to understand how the product is used measure health and outcomes and inform product decisions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features initiatives and product improvements based on market needs and revenue potential

• Experience working in an agile environment (e.g.OKRs outcomesuser stories iterative developmentscrum teams sprints personas)

• Proven ability to lead a body of work with cross-functional partners

• Strong communication skills

Primary clients for this position arelocatedacross several markets including Chicago New York City Atlanta Los Angeles and Minneapolis. Preference for candidates to be based in one of these locations astherolerequires frequent travel to support local clients. There will be no relocation offered for this position.
