Sr Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong strategic thinking and a customer-first mindset to lead the continued evolution of a mission-critical enterprise software this role you will define product vision and strategy guide execution across core product areas and identify opportunities to expand the platform through new applications integrations and connected services.

You will work closely with engineering design sales marketing and customer-facing teams to develop innovative scalable solutions that address complex business needs for mid-market and enterprise customers. This is a highly collaborative leadership role requiring the ability to translate customer and market insights into a clear product strategy and measurable business outcomes.

The Senior Product Manager will lead the development and execution of product strategy in alignment with organizational objectives and customer needs. This role will oversee the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization while driving collaboration across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with strong execution skills advocates for the customer throughout the product development process and uses data and market insights to guide product decisions. This individual will also help develop a high-performing product organization and ensure stakeholders remain aligned around priorities outcomes and roadmap execution.

• Develop communicate and execute product strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Identify customer and market needs through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Own the product lifecycle from initial concept and discovery through launch and ongoing improvement.
• Establish and maintain product roadmaps priorities and release plans.
• Partner with engineering UX/UI and QA teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
• Translate customer feedback and business requirements into clear product priorities.
• Represent the customer perspective throughout product planning and decision-making.
• Monitor market developments emerging technologies and competitive trends.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to support product positioning launches and go-to-market initiatives.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs and use data to evaluate performance and inform decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve product adoption usability scalability and overall customer value.

• Lead mentor and develop product managers while fostering a culture of accountability innovation and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a key product representative and trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build alignment across technical and business teams around product priorities and strategic objectives.
• Clearly communicate product vision roadmap priorities and tradeoffs to executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Encourage a data-driven approach to product development and decision-making.

• 7 years of experience in product management including 3 years of experience leading or managing product teams.
• Experience developing products within ERP enterprise software SaaS or other complex B2B technology environments.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute and drive results.
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with engineering sales customer-facing teams and other business functions.
• Experience working within Agile product development environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make informed decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 1020%.

• Experience with cloud-based ERP or enterprise business applications.
• Familiarity with major enterprise platforms such as NetSuite SAP Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems.
• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science Agriculture or a related field.
• Understanding of APIs third-party integrations data migration and interconnected enterprise systems.
• Experience bringing new products or major product capabilities from concept through commercialization.
• Experience working with complex workflows data-intensive applications or highly configurable software platforms.
