Were seeking an experienced Senior Product Developer to become the first dedicated U.S.-based product development leader supporting Mölnlyckes Pressure Injury portfolio. At a pivotal time in our growth this role has been created to strengthen the connection between customer needs clinical insights and product innovation while helping establish a new chapter for our global Wound Care organization.

What Youll Do

In this role you will serve as a key contributor within our global Research & Development organization leading and supporting product development initiatives focused on the Pressure Injury portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead product development projects from concept through commercialization
  • Translate customer and clinician insights into innovative product solutions
  • Partner with R&D Marketing Clinical Regulatory Quality and Operations teams throughout the development process
  • Support verification validation risk management and design control activities
  • Drive technical problem solving and root-cause investigations
  • Contribute to portfolio planning innovation initiatives and future product roadmaps
  • Communicate project progress and recommendations to key stakeholders

What Youll Bring

Were looking for a collaborative product development professional who combines technical expertise with curiosity creativity and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Biomedical Engineering Materials Science Product Development or a related technical discipline
  • Experience leading product development initiatives within a regulated industry
  • Strong understanding of design controls risk management verification and validation activities
  • Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and drive projects forward
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional and global teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Medical device healthcare wound care or related industry experience preferred
  • Advanced degree and experience with Voice of Customer methodologies are a plus
