Job Title: Sr. Ops Analyst Third-Party Data Vendor Management
Location-Type: Remote (EST/CST hours)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Contract 12 months (potential for extension or conversion)
Compensation Range: $55-66/hr W2

Job Description:
This role serves as the dedicated operational owner of the clients third-party data vendor ecosystem providing governance license management vendor performance oversight and actionable recommendations that allow the broader data and systems team to focus on higher-value strategic work.
Job Summary
Own day-to-day vendor relationships across a portfolio of third-party data and enrichment providers including recurring touchpoints escalations and quarterly business reviews.
Maintain the contract and renewal calendar in partnership with Procurement coordinating renewals amendments and proactive planning for upcoming decisions.
Govern license utilization across the vendor portfolio tracking provisioning and deprovisioning identifying underuse and recommending right-sizing opportunities.
Build and maintain lightweight vendor scorecards covering data quality coverage utilization service performance cost and delivery against contractual commitments.
Serve as the escalation point for vendor-related support issues driving troubleshooting to resolution and engaging internal technical or data experts when needed.
Identify capability overlap gaps and underutilized spend across the vendor portfolio and package findings into clear recommendations for leadership review.
Maintain a centralized source of truth for vendors contracts licenses spend capabilities open issues and upcoming decisions.
Minimum Requirements:
4-7 years of relevant experience in vendor management data operations business operations RevOps/Sales Ops or procurement operations.
CRM experience
Experience with ServiceNow for ticket and escalation management.
Hands-on experience with at least one major third-party B2B data or enrichment vendor - ZoomInfo Clay Lusha LeadIQ Experian Dun and Bradstreet or Apollo.
Experience managing SaaS or data vendor relationships end-to-end including contracts renewals license governance and performance management.
Working knowledge of data quality concepts such as coverage accuracy match rates enrichment and data licensing.
Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Background in B2B SaaS strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
HubSpot experience
Familiarity with Omnea procurement software.
