Job Summary

Key Accountabilities

• Troubleshoots database and integration problems and issues to find sustainable resolutions
• Collaborates with other database administrators on updates integrations and changes
• Provides in-processingsupport for all sites during refueling outages
• Monitors for consistent application oftraining procedures processes and industry guidance
• Conducts post-outage in-processing and other self-assessments as needed
• Identifies and communicates technology changes and issues to fleet training management
• Reviews data to ensure that negative trends are identified and communicated to training leadership
• Tests upcoming database and software changes and upgrades to ensure fluid transitions

Education Experience & Skill Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 6 years instructional or applicable department experience
• Strong work ethic focused on timely completion of assigned work procedure compliance and leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
