- Lead strategic manufacturing initiatives that improve safety quality cost and operational performance across multiple locations
- Oversee multi-site production and maintenance operations ensuring consistency compliance and efficiency
- Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to support resource allocation and long-term planning
- Diagnose and resolve complex operational challenges implementing scalable process improvements
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering supply chain quality and maintenance teams
- Mentor and develop team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Champion innovation and modernization across the manufacturing lifecycle
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related technical field preferred
- Minimum 7 years of relevant manufacturing operations experience
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale or multi-site manufacturing initiatives
- Strong background in process engineering production optimization and operational leadership
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
- Experience with quality systems regulatory requirements and safety standards in manufacturing
- Strong project management and change leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication collaboration and leadership skills
