Description

In this role you will impact the manufacturing operations by driving process improvements troubleshooting production issues and supporting new product introductions thereby contributing to Honeywells commitment to delivering high-quality products efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Support manufacturing engineering activities including process development validation and improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and manufacturing scale-up.
  • Write programs for new parts and modify programs for existing parts to improve machining.
  • Selection of tooling for machining and fixtures/gauging for inspection.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Associates degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics or completion of a machining apprentice program
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or manufacturing technician roles.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes quality control and process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing engineering tools such as CAD software statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.

  • Knowledge of automation in manufacturing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

The salary range for this position is ($59000.00 $884000.00). Please note that this information serves as a general guideline.
